1. Overview & Financing
The Feed Mill project is financed **entirely by private funds**, with no government participation or guarantees. The facility receives, stores, and processes raw materials into compound feeds, feed mixtures, and protein-vitamin additives. Planned capacity: 30 tons/hour. Storage capacity: 100,000 tons of grain. Responsibility level per local regulations: II (normal).
The project maximizes local labor usage for design, research, materials supply, steel & concrete fabrication, and commissioning. Key technological equipment is supplied by "[SPECIFY FIRM NAME]" (Yekaterinburg, Russia), which also handles pre-commissioning & commissioning for main and auxiliary facilities.
2. Importance of Grain Storage
Proper grain storage is vital for preserving quality over time. Large masses of grain require specific conditions to maintain their physiological and physico-chemical attributes.
Elevators and silo systems ensure grain quantity and quality are safeguarded throughout handling and processing — a crucial step before feed production.
